I have a diverse background in volleyball, strength training, and wellness coaching. After four years as a member of Grapevine CrossFit, I joined the coaching staff in 2016 because I believe CrossFit offers the most inclusive and effective fitness approach, fostering both personal growth and a supportive, competitive environment. One of the proudest moments in my career was competing in TFX in 2021, just 58 days after thyroid cancer surgery. It showed me the healing power of fitness—both physically and mentally. I’m especially passionate about helping athletes grow, not only in strength but also in mental resilience. My coaching style is rooted in empathy and understanding. I strive to meet athletes where they are, helping them push past physical barriers with personalized cues and plenty of encouragement. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where every athlete can succeed and feel supported on their journey.
