Schedule a Drop-In

During this time we ask that any prospective drop-ins email us to for more information. We have a limited number of slots per class that will be designated to members first. Unfortunately, any drop-in that shows up without contacting us first will be turned away. We appreciate the understanding while we navigate current business regulations and requirements.

1.  CONTACT US FIRST:

2.  TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:

  • Let us know your name, which class you wish to attend (SCHEDULE), your current CrossFit experience, and how long you’ll be in the area.
  • It is the drop-ins responsibility to CLEARLY model good mechanics and consistency.
  • Drop-ins must also demonstrate they have both CrossFit experience and safe movement patterns, otherwise, our coaches are required to interrupt any athlete.

3.  ARRIVE EARLY:

  • Please arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to sign-in, pay for a class, meet and greet, and also sign a waiver unless you have done so beforehand.
  • Sign up and pay ahead of time via the link below.

4.  COST:

  • Our drop-in fee is $25/day.
  • Shirts are available for purchase on top of a daily drop-in fee.

5.  OPEN GYM & PERSONAL PROGRAMMING:

If you desire to do your own programming, you may only do this during open gym times. Class times are reserved for classes only.
