Saturday workouts are a great way to introduce yourself to the community, gym, and atmosphere and get an idea of what we do! You will workout with members, non members and everyone in between to truly absorb what CrossFit is! This class has a “first time free” visit for anyone interested in trying us out and also counts towards ANY current membership or pass.

The first step for anyone new to CrossFit or training in general. Schedule a 20:00 sit down session to discuss your goals and see what options best fit your needs. We will go over your past training experience (if any), what your current reasons are for wanting to get in the best shape of your life, and give you our recommendations for what we feel will fit within your goals.
Visiting from another affiliate? Drop-in rate of $20 per day. T-shirts also available for purchase and will waive the drop in fee. If you have a chance, Please contact us ahead of time! You can pre-register HERE or show up a few minutes early to register in person.
