The first step for anyone new to CrossFit or training in general. Schedule a 20:00 sit down session to discuss your goals and see what options best fit your needs. We will go over your past training experience (if any), what your current reasons are for wanting to get in the best shape of your life, and give you our recommendations for what we feel will fit within your goals.
Our pricing varies based on how often you’d like to come and what experience you have with CrossFit. Drop us your info if you’d like to get a full pricing list.
Saturday Community Workout
Our 9AM Saturday Community workouts are a great way to introduce yourself to the community, gym, and atmosphere and get an idea of what we do! You will workout with members, non members and everyone in between to truly absorb what CrossFit is! This class has a “first time free” visit for anyone interested in trying us out and also counts towards ANY current membership or pass.

Visiting from another affiliate? Drop-in rate of $20 per day. T-shirts also available for purchase separate of the drop in fee. If you have a chance, Please contact us ahead of time!
