A. Warmup:

10 Banded Good mornings
5 tall box jumps

B. OTM for as high as possible x 2
155/105
2 Power Cleans the first
4 Power Cleans the second
6 Power Cleans the third
And so on until you can’t complete the required amount of work in that minute
Once done, rest the next minute then complete again.
*Goal is to get into the double digits, so use a weight that will allow for that.

C. RDL, 3 x 10
*Pick weight, same each set

D. Cooldown:
2:30 Couch Stretch, ea.

CORE HOMEWORK:
Every 1:30 x 5
10 Barbell Rollouts
