PATTY’S DAY!!!!!! – GVCF is going to partake in some after hours (around 7:45pm) festivities at the Tilted Kilt in Grapevine to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.  This Irish Pub is owned and operated by two of our own: Luis and Laura Hernandez. They will have green beer (for those that can have it!), great drink specials, and live music. Come out and unwind!

Team WOD (2 teams)

“Running Cindy”

While one team is running an 800m run together, the other team is completing as many Cindy rounds as possible…when all members of the running team complete their 800m run the teams switch places.

Rules:
1) No partial rounds count
2) Max rounds wins
3) Everyone works at the same time
4) Everyone must finish the run before the teams switch
5) Each team must run twice, so be the fastest!
6) GOOD LUCK!

*Reminder 6:30 pm class is open gym today, we will have a warm-up for you on the board! The new round of fundamentals will continue as planned.

WOD:

Deadlift 8-8-8

-Rest 3 min. between rounds, increase weight each set

Then,

50 pull-ups, 50 burpees. Boom.
