Station 1: Calorie Row (Switch every 10 pulls)
Station 2: 10 KB Swings/10 Sit-Ups
Station 3: 10 Russian Twists/ 5 burpees
Station 4: 200m run

*Station 2 and 3: Partner A does 10 KB swings, then partner B does 10, Partner A does 10 Sit-ups, then Partner B does 10, same for station 3
