-Find a 5RM

Shoulder Press
2 sets, 5 reps
1 set, max reps
-75% of 1RM
-Moving forward, all overhead movements (press, push press, jerk) must be cleaned from the ground, cannot use a rack

then,
5×5 Weighted Pull-Ups

Candy maxing out!

Add together your 1RM Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift to find a CrossFit Total
