*Day 68 of 100 days of pushups
*Reminder 6:30 pm class is open gym today, we will have a warm-up for you on the board! The new round of fundamentals will continue as planned.
WOD:

Deadlift 8-8-8
-Rest 3 min. between rounds, increase weight each set
Then,
50 pull-ups, 50 burpees. Boom.

For time:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Push Jerk, 115M, 85W
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Pull-ups, Chest-to-bar
-Use a rack for Jerks

*Post load and time to comments

AMRAP in 20:00 of:
5 Get-ups (each arm)
10 KB Snatch (each arm)
15 Pull-ups
-Use the same weight for Get-ups & KB snatch
