2011 CrossFit Games Information
-For those of you interested in doing the work-outs for the 2011 sectionals this is how the process will work. There will be 1 work-out announced every week for 6 weeks. You are responsible for completing that work-out within the week given, and we will submit your time to CrossFit HQ. You will have an option of doing it during open gym time Wednesday and Friday or at 10am on Saturday. This is because you must be judged by a Certified CrossFit trainer; they will count and verify all your reps and movements.
