AMRAP in 15 minutes of : Double-Unders
1 Team member does Double Unders while the other TM does 10 DB Thrusters, 200m Run. When TM # 2 is done with the thrusters and runs, they switch exercises. The total number of double unders is the team score.

Teams of 3
-One partner rests, one partner runs 400m, the other partner completes the AMRAP. When the partner completes their run they will start the AMRAP over.

100 HR Push-Ups
100 Walking Lunges
400m run (One teammate at a time completes the run after all movements are complete)
*Repetitions may be split up however amongst teammates.
*100 total not per teammate
*Cannot go to next movement until the first is completed
*One team members working at a time/ One set of weights per team
