As always, your first work-out is FREE! You can come in to any one of our regular scheduled classes to check us out.
Saturdays at 9am are a great way to introduce yourself to the community, gym, and atmosphere!
*Visiting from another affiliate? Drop-in rate of $15 for one visit, if you plan on coming more than once it drops to $10 a visit. T-shirts also available! If you have a chance, Please contact us ahead of time!

Fundamentals is the first step to beginning here.
Each is an hour long session consisting of warm-up, introductory of movements for the day, and a work-out utilizing the movements, completed with a cool-down and stretching. We also touch on nutrition and recovery as well. All athletic abilities are welcome to this as it is a gradual ramp up over 4 weeks.
-Note: you may not be required to participate in fundamentals if you have CrossFitted before.
-If you think you will miss more than 3 classes during your fundamentals, please contact us for personal fundamentals options
You must start your Fundamentals on the specified day and plan to be able to attend those days and times for 4 weeks. You are not able to go between different days/times as these classes are on different schedules. To sign-up please contact us with your preferred start date.
