B. At a conversational pace complete the following:
800m Run
100 Double Unders
30 Ring Rows
20 Pushups

20 Pushups
30 Ring Rows
100 Double Unders
800m Run

*The goal with this workout is sweat and not kill yourself. If you feel your heart rate begin to climb, slow your pace down or take a few breaths with no work. Scale the runs if needed. Focus on quality of movement here, and PACE, PACE, PACE!

C. Cooldown:
