		<description>9:58 - Used a 26 lbs for the Turkish get-ups and OHS, used 53 lb for Swings. Did skip the last two Turkish get-ups on the left arm ( opened a previous cut on the left knee).  Great to see everyone after missing last week and there was a good turn out even with the rain.  JD - where were you this morning.....</description>

Quick WOD of 4 rounds of 10 double unders and 10 pullups.  Keep working on those double unders, Kelly.  You&#039;re getting better.  Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone!</description>
