		<description>This was a tough one after heavy squats the day before but was still a butt kicker. Was my first day to do DU in a workout so that was a plus.  Got 9:58 w/ 15 DU and RX weight.</description>

		<description>I felt like I rested too much also but I pushed as hard as I could. I haven&#039;t been doing these gasers enough lately and need to get my lungs back. Still though I&#039;m happy with my time.

I saw a lot of ppl puting in some good hard work in the 5:30 class today. I wanna give a special shout out to Charles though, you killed it brother! You may not have wanted to but you coulda done it at Rx&#039;d weight.</description>

		<description>Way too much resting and not enough  DU skillz, 18:15. Used #135 for DL then switched to #115 for the rest.  Done at work so  I know could have gone faster if at the gym.   Need to start working on my DU more, fun I could get more in a row the deeper in the workout.</description>
