Shane Moore, Coach
Shane grew up loving physical competition, and went on to be a varsity track and wrestling athlete in high school. He continued his pursuit of athletic excellence after high school through weight training, but eventually became bored with the same old routine. That’s when his brother suggested CrossFit. In May of 2010 Shane started fundamentals at Grapevine CrossFit and immediately knew that he had found what he was looking for. After working in a family business for 20 years, he decided to make a career change. Shane got his Level 1 Certification in February of 2011, and shortly after started coaching at Grapevine CrossFit. He continued his education by completing his Olympic Lifting Certification in November of 2011. He now regularly competes in local competitions. As much as he loves the workouts and physical accomplishments, it’s the people that Shane meets and sees every day that he truly loves about CrossFit.

Lizzi Fogolini, Coach
An active and adventurous life have always demanded some level of fitness from Lizzi…youth sports, martial arts, and many other exciting challenges offered up by Mother Nature…from land to sea! In 2011, she turned to CrossFit as a way to turn her speed and strength “up a notch” for the many obstacle races she was participating in at the time. She realized that this form of “functional fitness” not only encompassed all the attributes she was looking for in a fitness plan, but would challenge her to new heights. Her passion, as well as her mission, is to give to others what CrossFit has given her…an opportunity to empower people seeking to improve their fitness levels and to be a part of changing their lives. Lizzi is an accredited CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Casie Garner, Coach
Casie grew up playing basketball and spending the summer on the lake. After sports ended she started to put on extra weight, and then when she had her daughter, Taylen, the weight seemed to pour on. Casie knew she had to make a life change for herself and for Taylen’s sake. She started Crossfit in the middle of her weight loss journey, and quickly found her competitive drive again. After losing 65 pounds and 10 pants sizes, she is stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally than she has ever been in her life. She competes in competitions regularly and especially loves team events. Coaching was a passion of Casie’s within months of beginning Crossfit and quickly got her Crossfit trainers certification and powerlifting certification, in hope of helping and encouraging others through spreading the Crossfit lifestyle. Casie moved to Texas with her husband, Jeremy, and Taylen in November of 2013. Casie loves that Jeremy and she shows Taylen the healthy and fit lifestyle that Crossfit provides for them.
All of our coaches have demonstrated the effectiveness of the CrossFit methodology at a personal level. They are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and teach what it really takes to be physically fit for a lifetime.
