A. Warmup:
400m Run + DROM
2 x 1:00 Banded Distraction, each side
Light Oly Work:
5 x 5 Sotts Press, Keep light
5 x 4 Snatch Balance, work to a light/moderate weight
5 x 3 OHS, work to a moderate weight
*start with a PVC on Sotts, start with empty barbell on SB, start with light load on OHS

B. For time:
25 Pullups
50 DB Thrusters, 50/35
25 Pullups
SCALE UP: 10 Ring MU’s (preferred) or Bar MU’s

C. Cooldown:
Foam Rolling for remainder of class time
