AMRAP Power Cleans 135m/95w
-At the top of each minute complete 5 burpees

Notes: If you’re mile time takes more than 9:00, scale to: 1000m run or 800m run

So who can run a 9 minute mile while dropping and doing 5 burpees at the top of every minute? I must be reading this wrong…
