First WOD in four weeks since Travis and I have been doing a strength cycle.
Being Brandon’s b-day at all, had to.
15:20 Rx – and it kicked my butt, where be my lungs?!
Bevin disapprovingly tells me, “15:20? I thought you’d get under 15 for sure.”
Me, “Yeah, well I spent at least 20 seconds taping my hands for my last 18 pullups.”
