10:00 Mandatory Hip Mobility

Practice for 10:00 Forward and Backwards Rolls

For Quality:
5 Rounds
7 Pistols with roll on each leg (unless you can do unassisted pistols)
7 Elevated Push-Ups

FINISH with:
Hold Middle Split  for 2 minutes
Hold Pancake Split  for 2 minutes
Hold Pike Stretch  for 2 minutes
