“Filthy Fifty”
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

I don’t quite understand what the difference is between cheating and having to adjust the workout for us beginners. For instance, if I know there is no way I can do 50 box jumps followed by 50 kettle bell swings and I adjust those down to 35 each, what’s the problem with that?


    Robert: The article was not intended for beginners who are adjusting their reps in order to complete the work-out-there is absolutely no issue in doing this!


      The moral of the story is fully commit to whatever your work-out is that day!

28:01 16 lb KB hit the wall below line-just could not get it to the 10 foot mark..
