-This is 2 separate scores, reps on the front squat then your mile time.

There sure are some big numbers on the board today. I agree with Sam, definitely seeing the dividends of a diligent deadlift program. (A lot of d’s there, yikes) Congrats to everyone today for giving a great effort.
