Enjoyed that workout .
Did it in increments of 10# , started at 65# and stopped at 175#.
I now know I can do more next time!
Also I think I can kip now!…well kinda

Great job brother!
Started at 65#, I tried to keep close to the 1 minute rest but I know it was 1:15 or 1:20 sometimes. Lifted 155# but failed at 165#. Would like to see more workouts like that in the future.
Felt great to get back in the gym. It was good to see everyone. Glad to hear everyone had a good holiday.
