That kicked my butt…

the weight got so heavy towards the end. i pushed resting and the time all the way to the end, wouldn’t have finished if dustin and shane weren’t in my face

Now i am not proud of my form – it got pretty ugly towards the end. but I am proud i made it.

Also, pretty happy – never have i attempted double unders,… and today i got a few – now i know i can practice them.
