Always enjoy team WODs. Great job everyone. Especially my partner, fighting through the torn up hands from last week. Chris/Josh – I didn’t know you could run a mile with two 53# KBs. Impressive.

We rowed before the run. Heading up that hill with KBs and locked up thighs was interesting.

The weather was amazing at 9:30 as well. I rolled in late… (long story) and ended up doing this one by myself. No idea what my time was but noted that I need to cross this off the bucket list. Thanks for the support Shane. Much appreciated. And by the way… Grapevine PD ROCKS! They found my phone and the dude who stole it! Happy!

Sorry I missed today…. got a total of 6 miles running in though! The Pumpkin Spice Chicken Cacciatore is awesome from “Meal of the Day”… I used chicken breast, olive oil, chicken broth and served over some spaghetti squash from my dad’s garden… delicioso! Now I am going to figure out how to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte cupcake with a caramel butter cream…. using zucchini and pumpkin from dad’s garden. (I love food almost a much as CrossFit!)
