C. AMRAP in 4:00 of:
Thrusters, 95M/65W
-each rest equals 5 pullups, total due at the end of the 4:00

Fun stuff today –

185 on pp and fs

RX 95 on amrap – 38 reps – that was wicked fun – NO pull ups

So I’m guessing the you have to put the bar down for it to be a “rest” on the WOD.

I get to come in today at 5:30 – I’m stoked to be in town for a group workout!
