“….Just wanted to share a picture that I took out here at FOB Masum Ghar in Afghanistan while doing a CrossFit workout with my GVCF shirt.
I carried a huge sandbag up to the top of the mountain where our FOB is situated and did a nice little workout with it and a bunch of rocks. One thing crossfit has taught me is that I can do it anywhere with whatever I have at my disposal…..”
