8:00 time limit-NO EXCEPTIONS

Me again… Terri- I just saw your post from yesterday. Ditto!

Kelly- we have done turkey or ham roll ups with mustard. We do let him eat more fruit usually bananas and berries. Milk it great ( although not strict paleo, perhaps almond milk) He also really enjoyed snacking on roasted pumpkin seeds purchased at Sprouts. Hope that helps a little.

Great lifting class. Thanks for all the support. Great coaching is the only thing that got me over this OHS issue that I’ve had for a looong time.

Running in the rain was FUN !

We had no rain and this was by far one of the hardest wod’s I’ve ever done. It was the run that killed me. Joel set the pace and clearly sandbagged the first one. He was so stinking fast!

I misread the running portion of today’s WOD. I thought we had 10 seconds rest between each of the 800 meter runs. When will I ever learn that everything we do is for time?

Good to be back today after a long hiatus. I loved the small class.

Skipped the runs because of the knee and the rower is not fixed at work yet. 6:18 with 245, tried to focus on the nice curve in my upper back when deadlifting.
