I’m really enjoying the O’Lifting class. Although I’ve been training with you for several years, and you’ve taught me alot about weight-lifting, I’m constantly learning something new in this class. The way you’ve programmed the class with the warm-up exercises, and the lift work makes for a great session. You know you’ve worked hard at the end of the class.
The personal attention and one-on-one coaching is awesome, and the fact that we go over our time almost every class doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. It’s been a great learning experience, and I would strongly recommend the class to anyone who Crossfits!
