So I tried this one today just for kicks and grins. Since my max C&J is only 210#, I though I’d scale it. I did make all of the rope climbs though. It was a fun WOD. Thanks for the help on the cleans, B.

I tried the “Geriatric” version of this wod. Brandon made it up on the fly bc I was just standing there staring at the bar. I scaled and did most of my cleans with 85-95 # with only one rope climb in the middle. I burned my fingers warming up on the rope. Note to self: gloves are NOT a good idea. Next time tall socks are in order!
