DL 305# max 8 reps … 8 40 over thin air….Weight felt heavier today for some reason, maybe still tired from saturday’s lift…last time did 14 reps with #315, so I wasnt too happy with how it felt- just kept it easy today


135# 11 max rep. Weight is going down bc I’m trying to master form. ( That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!)
