Brandon and Bevin both in the box at 6am and Shane worked out with us. I’m beside myself, I just don’t know what to make of it. haha Great workout today. Thank you B’s for helping me with my snatches.

Made it to 105# on the snatch. tried 110 but failed twice. Next time I will have it for sure.

Got the row done in 1:44.4 and made it through 34 pull-ups.

Last nights storm knocked out our power for a few hours. No alarm this morning, I woke up a little after 6AM. I thought about coming in, but it would have been 6:20 by the time I got there. Went for a run instead this morning.

1:48 on the 500m row; I seriously lost my breath during the last 30 seconds.

24 pulls up (jumping, trying to kip, etc.). I was all over the place … switching bars, jumping, just trying to catch my breath . . .

PLUS I fell off the bar and landed square on my back. It was beautiful.
