10 True Pushups

then,

5-10 x 3 sets of Glute-Ham raises

Great job by everyone this morning. Lee, I think you found a new workout buddy in Chris. He kept pace with you the whole way. You two did a great job powering through this WOD.

I think you’re right Dave. Chris has given me that extra push. Don’t think I’d have the times that I’ve had the past two days without him. Love seeing the donut crew grow. Pushup overload today. Great job pushing through Dave and Travis.

Weighted PU: 25-35-45-45-45(failed), 35. Interesting enough, +45 would be my old weight.

Finished the C&J in 8:04. I started with 115, had to drop to 95 to finish my last round. My triceps were jelly after those PU.

I think you’re right Dave. Chris has really pushed me the past couple of days. Much needed. Great job pushing through all the pushups today. Good to see the donut crew continuing to grow.

Picked up your bad habit-I could not get my ass out of bed this am.
