I really liked the snatch this morning. It was more fluid than the standard OHS. I think the 45# bar was sufficient for my first try at the lift. I attempted 65#, but lost stability.

The WOD is a bit deceptive. I thought we’d get more rounds, but the KTEs said otherwise.

sorry Sam that I did not make it this am-neck and traps were screaming after those DL’s yesterday and my PR 250#…so excited!! yes the pain was worth it.

I really hope we start to do the snatch more often. 65- 75- 95-95-105

3 rounds plus 10 push ups, 15 swing with 53#, and 5 KTEs.

115-125-135-145-155(f) felt strong…one more attempt and I would have had 155. Getting really close to my goal of 165.

13 kte shy of 4 rounds @ 2 pood kb.
