36:?? Worst 5K ever! The weather was great though – cool breeze and drizzle, refreshing!

I really struggled this morning. I had to walk some b/c my legs were burning. ??? This has never happened before. Usually my lungs are the limiting factor. Also, the 3rd mile was the longest, ugh literally. I took off on Worth on mile 2 so went down to college on mile 3. By the last 400 meters my legs had stopped burning, though. :-)

Had a temptation today, a big stinking one. Sitting in a meeting scheduled to go from 9 to 11 when it hit 11:15 with no end in site. Boss says don’t worry I’m ordering pizza for everyone. They rolled in 12 large pizzas and cart of Pepsi products. I sat there until 1 o’clock watching 32 people eat pizza and drink diet and regular Pepsi, but waited until I could eat my chicken breast and salad at my desk. This ex Diet Pepsi junkie weather the storm of free product strong……..
