1 sec slower than my last time, ugh! I’ve got to cut out the “breaks” in the middle.

11:40 Blue band, first time doing this one and let go on record by saying it was not easy…..at all.

Did this one at the office gym, it’s amazing how much time you can waste resting when your working out alone, a crappy 10:09 Rx slower than last time by at least a minute

This was my first introduction to Fran. Ouch! No skin left on my palms.

Brutal. Absolutely brutal. But I sure do appreciate everyone’s support this morning. Rather than go light and get a respectable time, I opted to go Rx on the weight and muscle through it. In retrospect, I’m glad I did. But by number 17 of the first 21, I was like “oh, sweet word.”

Anyway, my time was 11:12, 95#, red band. I’ll work on those kip pullups, too.

Kenneth good work on going Rx with the weight. Cindy – Fran is not kind at ALL……, Kelly – that is great time, I would be happy with under 8 minutes

First Fran: 9:35, 55#, green band. Katie tried to talk me into Rx weight but I chickened out! Sure felt like she snuck it on the bar when I started the 15′s….

Great job everyone. Awesome effort Kenneth – I know you’re proud to be in the RX club. 11 minutes is not really that much time when you think about it. Now you know you can do it.
