I agree with Kelly and Charles that I check this more than Facebook each day. This was a strange one, when I was done it felt like it should have been sub 6 but was 6:58 Rx

It did not seem that longer when I was doing it. Like the pistol work, still not there completely just yet. It felt more like rubber band guns not pistols when I was doing them :) .

Funny when compared to my Fran time, this was 2 minutes faster. Burpees suck but suck less than 95 pound thrusters. Also, I did not get the massive headache after this one.

Attempted the 2mi TT – turned into a 1mi TT – 7:07, then just did 4x400m…couldn’t find my pace, started out too fast. I’ll try it again Saturday AM.

I’m really glad to be back in the box this week. I’ve missed coming. My pull-ups are garbage right now, but I’ll get after it. Bevin, thanks for pressing me on that.
