I’ve been on the take-it-easy plan this week. First day in the gym all week. 3 sets of 5 bodyweight ring dips. WOD – 11:52 Half the reps on AbMat situps (25-20-25-10) and 400m jogs. Good to get moving!

Lee – way to over-achieve! I am going to buy you a freak flag to wave around, cuz you’re freakishly strong.

Hey Lee how’s your calf doing?!? Did you get to do the runs?

Did the dips in broke sets, getting better, 8 straight today with no help. WOD 12:23 – ran on a treadmill, but flipped the order. I ran first then did the sit ups. Guess I should write the workout down before heading to the gym.

I did the runs on a treadmill today. The calf is much better but I’m being cautious. Seems as if time off of it and rolling it out has helped. Thanks for asking.

By the way, I always love dips in the workout.
