-split drills prior to weight
*2 rope climbs between 3′s and 2′s and 1 rope climb between 1′s
-rest as needed

On the road so I substituted dead hang pullups for rope climb.

I was working in a hurry so I did not do the rope climbs in between lifts – did 3 climbs after I was done.
