Good work Donut Crew. This was truly, truly gross. I came in just under 30 minutes. I thought I was going to puke … several times.

I like the new optional lateral box jumps … although I only did one and then decided “not today.”

Ok, this was sick but not as bad as I thought it would be. I will state that I subbed a bench for a 24 in box jump since I did it at work also there were some knees to elbows in there too. 22:42
