I liked Helen a lot. I will say, though, my forearms were totally shot so my pull ups were pretty pititful. I finally had to resort to jumping pull ups on the last round.
The weather in the morning is awesome, especially when we run.

12:25 53#, supine grip chins due to continuing elbow tendiinitis. Pullups were the limiting factor as I had to break them up – last set had 5 or 6 singles.
Got 3 HSPUs to a single abmat today, then one very slow single touching head to floor (not intentionally slow!)
