Got a bum knee so I’m being careful with my strength training. Worked on shoulder press today: 5 x 5 @ 140#
However, I did the Tabata WOD which was the first WOD since strength training.
53 reps @ Rxd. Felt strong but tabatas always wear me out. Great job “donut crew”.
