GVCF is turning 1!!! Saturday, August 28th @ Noon we will old a client appreciation/GVCF Birthday Party at the gym!
There will be food and beverages provided.
Everyone is welcome! This will be a great opportunity to meet family and friends of your fellow members.

Can’t believe it’s been a year. It seems like yesterday that Brandon was teaching me fundamentals and I was watching Debbie. Joey and Bevin workout.

I want to take a second to thank Bev, Brandon and everybody at GVCF for giving me a chance to coach crossfit. I’m absolutely enjoying every minute of it….Except when Chaz takes his shirt off and makes me look bad! I’ve already seen so much improvement in technique, strength, body composition and fitness of so many people, it’s amazing! I can’t wait to see where we’re all at for the 2nd birthday!

dude! that hurt! I’m just trying to follow your lead with you being my idol and all. “Chaz” had nothing to do with the abs, those are totally because of B&B programming. “Long Live GVCF” now thats something worth drinking to!

I will Definitely be there!! Congrats Bevin & Brandon! I am still p.o.d that I didn’t discover GVCF until January – Oh well.

Wish I could come this weekend!! I will be in San Antonio for a last minute vacation! Congrats to Bevin and Brandon. I love Crossfit and I am so glad I joined in April!! I feel very lucky to get to workout with such wonderful people! See you guys in the morning for an early Friday workout!
