Lightweight and purposely reduced speed reps so lots of room for improvement. I still have to think way too much or else my form breaks down badly. Really feels to me I need some dedicated days practicing several exercises (i.e., all of the olympic lifts, double unders, kipping chins)… all are improving but none are good enough shape to use them effectively in a timed workout. Next month looks as if I won’t have much ability to get to GVCF due to work so I’m thinking it will be a good time to work on these and try to do some extra strength work.
