Clean and jerk PR 195#, up 10#. Feeling more comfortable with transition and will increase again next time. Kelly – congrats on increasing weight on the snatch. Looked great. The snatch is all mental to me but I finally got it before I left. Thanks for the coaching, B.

    DL’s 340×3-350×2-365×1 – These all felt easy. I haven’t pulled a 1RM in over a year so I used a perceived 1RM of 400#’s.
    Annie – 6:07, Rx’d – Can’t seem to get <6:00 on this one. Gotta move the situps faster, they were unbroken just not as fast as they could have been. All DU's were unbroken.
