All,

I got some grass feed ground longhorn meat this weekend at the farmers market near downtown. If anyone is interested in some just let me know. Just thought I would pass the information along. We go about every other weekend and they guy selling it said he is there most weekends.

Thanks Bill and Tony. It’s always nice to have someone there to witness your PRs. Tony, you gotta get to 875 now. Don’t let this old man beat ya. I did CF Total because I’m leaving town for 2 weeks (Philadelphia and Canada, eh?) I wanted to see how Brandon’s strength program has helped me before I left, so here are my totals, which were all PRs:

Back squat 280# (up 30#)
Press 180# (up 10#)
Deadlift 415# (up 50#)
Total 875#

The strength training obviously worked, especially when you listen to your coach. Thanks B. It was a lot of fun seeing all of our progress. There is no doubt there will be a lot of PRs on Friday. Best of luck to everyone. Sam, Deb and Kelly – y’all are gonna kill it. I’ve had a blast spending the past 4 weeks at 6 a.m. with you guys. Congrats on your achievements!

Impressive gains Lee – wow!

Disappointing day. Workout hit two weak spots for me – jerk & kipping chins – so I worked on technique for both but not much progress on either unfortunately.
