Brandon – now that all the “posters” are doing strength training, you’re gonna have to train new folks to post. I’m tired just reading Bill’s comments.

I’m with Sambo, I miss the WOD classes. I’m finding new ways to “hurt” myself in the strength classes though. Keep up the great work everyone.

Power jerk: 135#x2. Umm that’s less than my 1RM strict press – clearly I need some work on these.

WOD 12 rounds (I think) at 95# & 20″ box. This one sucked in a good way – box jumps are one of my many weaknesses. Thanks to Doug for pushing me.

Heavy single was #90 though I was being a wuss and should have kept going!!

Workout 10 rounds with 70# and step ups on the mens box

Heavy single was 125# … I think I could have gone up a little, but we were running out of time.

Workout was 12 rounds; 75# with box jumps (i don’t know its measurements).
