I’ve got to strengthen up the back and hams to get down to Lee and Debbie times on this WOD. Old guys and girls ruled this AM.

First time doing this WOD – Had to sub good mornings w/ 40lb bar for back extensions also used a treadmill ( office gym)- 25:06
