We are CLOSED today except for a 9am tribute WOD. Come one come all, it will be a great time! The workouts are as follows:

“Murph”

1 mile run
100 Pullups
200Pushups
300 Squats
1 mile run

*For time.  Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Great to see everyone this am. I am sad I couldn’t finish with the group but my pretty wife had an appt at 10:30 and I needed to get home. Finished all but the last mile in 44:55.

Thanks to Murph and thanks to all the men and women who gave everything for my freedom!

Great to see everyone this morning. I did this workout in honor of all those who have fought to allow us the freedom that so many Americans take for granted. Thanks to all of you who have served for our great country. And a special thanks to anyone who has lost a loved one while serving.
