WOD 298 @ 95#

Did this one at Gold’s Gym in Midland. You could imagine the looks that Hanz and Franz were giving me doing this WOD. That was one helluva WOD. Forearms and quads are on still on fire.

Kenneth….cooler? Are you kidding me? By 4:00 it was a steam bath! No breeze inside the box for sure. Had to step outside to shake off the sweat.

Stopped in for a little PT session with BMoney today. Worked on form mostly with Squat Cleans, Dead Lifts, and kipping pull-ups. Can’t seem to keep my swing going on my pull-ups, so more work needed there for sure.

I hit a PR on my dead-lists though – 195# and I’m pretty pleased with that. Tried to keep going with 200#, but just couldn’t muster the muscle towards the end. Next time for sure….that’s my new goal.

Boog, I waited a few minutes for you to say hello, but had to bounce…met a friend for dinner. I did however pick up a new T-shirt and they’re reallly nice!

This am donut crew-great job!!! Really tough WOD and Kelly, could not agree with you more. Definitely made my points on DL’s and back squats. Still had a little trouble with getting my arms through quick enough with those cleans but it was better..Push Press was my nemesis with my back issues going on-tough last three days on. Looking forward to a well deserved couple days off!!! 317 55#

That was one booger of a wad. Great job to everyone that attempted. The box felt like a sauna tonight. Combine the heat and the weight was not a good combination. 85 67 53 = 205 @ 75#
