Paleo has done a lot of things for me. One of them was not reducing the amount of sweat! 
Grip on pull-up is just…. well….. hard.

Kelly – awesome article. Really makes you question conventional wisdom when it comes to medicine, nutrition, etc and shows the strength the lobbys and PAC’s have over our good friends in Washington (who have our best interests at heart, right? ).

Clean work 115 2×6. Felt good but should’ve gone up to 125 or 135.
Did 3 sets of max hold/ring dips and finished off with 1 mile run wearing a 50lb weight vest. Ring dips were “sans” band, which was cool.
